Notice of Meeting
The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Unit/Pitt Society for Art and Critical Awareness will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 7pm at 8EAST, 8 East Pender Street, Vancouver BC V6A 1T1
Notice is also given of a Special Resolution to amend the Society’s bylaws in compliance with new legislation, as follows:
BYLAW AMENDMENT
Be it resolved as a special resolution of the members of the Unit/Pitt Society for Art and Critical Awareness (the “Society”) that:
The Bylaws of the Society, as filed with the BC Registries, be altered by deleting all the provisions thereof in the Bylaws (Schedule B Bylaws) and that all the provisions in the Bylaws attached hereto in Schedule 1 (Model Bylaws), be adopted as Bylaws of the Society
